How does FiXXT work?
STEP 1. REQUEST A SERVICE. All available and online technicians will appear on a map of your area. You make the request, and
the FiXXT app would select the closes technician or technician with the shortest arrival time.
STEP 2. SIT BACK AND RELAX. The timing of the technician arrival will update automatically in real-time as the technician continues enroute to you. You donʼt have to do a thing at all or you could do some errands, walk the dog etc... you could even go in to work late or leave work early instead of taking the entire day off, because you will know the exact time that your technician will arrive. You can also communicate directly with your technician to give specific instructions or more details concerning your job.
STEP 3. CONFIRM COMPLETION. Once done, you pay on your phone, within the app. Simple, easy and transparent.
