Mentora is a platform for learning principles of Personal Leadership, and a tool for practicing personal impact skills using role-play challenges and peer-to-peer feedback.
Apart from watching the learning videos, participants also get to engage in reflection & discussions, occasional quizzes and assignments, and video-based role-play challenges. The role-play challenges provide an opportunity to practice the tools and techniques learnt in a low-risk environment, through regular feedback from peers or experts and by watching top performers' responses.
