This is the official app for Bimmerworks located in West Chester PA. Steve's original objective for Bimmerworks: establishing a local shop for BMW enthusiasts looking for an honest, reputable service center offering all the services of a dealership. Above all, Steve believes in open communication. When a car is serviced, either he or one of the other BMW trained technicians will explain all of the work required so customers never feel misguided or unfairly charged. After working at a dealership for more than 10 years, Steve encountered many customers who felt misled and wanted a more personalized approach to working on their cars. Steve knew he would be able to create a shop with this atmosphere, which eventually became Bimmerworks. Steve's client basis consists of return customers, and he relies on them to spread the word that there is finally an independent service center specializing in BMWs.
