People constantly need services and they need them NOW. They do not have time to browse through online or paper directories to search for a service provider. So what do they do? They post hundreds of requests everyday on social media requesting a service provider (such as a plumber, a make-up artist and so on… the list is endless) asking for anyone who can assist on an urgent basis.
