The app provides a detail knowhow on various defects that predominantly occur in the lamination process of flexible packaging material, whether Solvent Based or Solvent Free in nature. Information about the defects provide clear understanding as why does a particular defect arise and / or how it can be prevented, in first place.. And if already occurred what all steps once would need to take to resolve the same, to avoid production downtime..
In addition, with the troubleshooting guide, when a particular defects could not be address, the user also has an option to log a ticket to be seen by Henkel technical customer service experts to quickly step in to reosolve the cases with pictures, videos or a live video call options, as may be applicable..
