• Claims history
• Payment details
• Benefit totals
• Patient totals
• Health Service Spending Account balances in seconds
• Submit “coverage query” questions online
• Electronic Health Cards
• Member eClaims – submit claims from your Smartphone
If the app does not display properly the following steps will allow you to clear the apps cache:
1. Close the app by double clicking the home button at the bottom of the phone, then swiping upwards on the app
2. Go to settings
3. Scroll down until the app is visible, near the bottom
4. Select the ClaimSecure app
5. Toggle "Reset Cache"
6. Exit out of settings to the main phone screen
7. Re-launch the app
