Our app can help you relax and unwind and sleep more quickly and efficiently with these sounds to sleep.
Sounds / white noise for sleeping
At first sight it seems contradictory, but did you know that ? Some noises such as "white" noises or permanent background noises (splashing rain, waves coming and going, water running, etc...) can help you fall asleep. A meaningless noise will not wake you up.
How does it work?
Whether by using one of our presets, or by creating your own mix by selecting from our many available sounds and then varying the volume of each independently get the sound atmosphere that suits you best, all you have to do is start the timer and you can now fall asleep quietly in a deep sleep.

Our many sounds are classified into different sounds categories.
