GuideMe is an android application which provides users with the safest and fastest routes from their current location to their destination. This app allow for the following:
A user is able to register using the app.
A user is able to login to the app using an email and password.
A user is able to store/ change their settings.
A user can change from imperial system to a metric system and vice versa.
Users can select their mode of transport.
A user is able to select a destination by address.
The app calculates the best route between your current location and the destination.
The app displays the estimated time and distance to the destination.
The app also displays this route visually.
The app also records all the trips the user takes.
The app allows a user to view traffic on the map.
