The iPower Energy app has been downloaded over a million times because it puts you in control. It’s quick and easy to submit your meter readings, see your bills and make payments – anytime, anywhere.
Download the app to keep an eye on the energy you’re using and compare your usage from our iPower Energy Bills taking control of your own account.
The app provide a quick support for iPower Energy Billing system:
• Log in or register for a new account with iPower Energy Bills
• Submitted gas and electricity meter readings are recorded on IEB for invoicing
• View and pay your energy bill (and download a PDF version) from IEB
• IEB support multiple payments from Cash, Card and Paypal
• See all your account information (like your tariff, account balance and payment history)
• Monitor how much energy you’ve used with month-by-month billing graphs
• IEB can also book an engineer for any energy related issues
• Read your meter in the dark with our built-in torch function.
Business customers don’t need a separate account just register as a business.

- a brief description of the problem
- which version of Andriod you’re using
- the email address you use to log in.
Using a tablet? The app isn’t specifically designed for them, so that might be the problem.
This app will ask your permission for a few things, like making calls from your phone (so you can make emergency calls straight from the app) and using your built-in camera (to use the flash as a torch so you can read your meter in the dark).
