Upon receiving a Chat, Call, or Callback Request, our registered nurses will perform a triage process to assess your condition.
TELECONSULTATION
The Chat or Call will be transferred to our licensed doctors who will go through your symptoms to provide an Initial Medical Impression.
TREATMENT PLAN
Our licensed doctors will recommend a Treatment Plan, may provide an E-Prescription, or refer you to one of our Partner Specialists for further assessment. The E-Prescription and the Treatment Plan will also be sent to your registered email.
