Connect with your community of fellow students, job seekers, and employers!
SourceAbled is built for students and job seekers with disabilities and businesses looking to hire them. Our main purpose is to create a community for job seekers, school / university students, and employees. They can join listed and relevant communities to connect with other team members. Companies / organizations and universities / schools that have collaborated with SourceAbled will have their own community and can ask their employees or students to join as members. We also have a mentorship program for community members who can be mentors and train other members to hone their skills. A mentor and a mentee can start their mentorship program by communicating via chat. A mentee has the option to remain anonymous while communicating with their mentor.
• Notifications:
- Event requests and events approved/declined by the Community Admin
- A new member joining a community will get a reminder of an accepted event on the day of the event
- When the role of the Community Admin or the Company Trainer changes
- Job seekers will be notified of various employment-related statuses, including the jobs they have applied and been shortlisted for, upcoming interviews, onboarding, and hired
• Settings:
A member can modify their account details as well as calendar and general settings.
