You’ll immediately receive your booking confirmation with all the informations needed to get your car to our parking lot.
While you are away, your car we be up for rent on our platform. From this moment on, another TravelCar customer can rent your car during a limited period of time matching your return date. Your vehicle is protected by our comprehensive insurance during the whole rental period.
On return, your car will be waiting for you at the TravelCar parking lot just as if it had never moved in your absence.
On departure you simply have to perform the car inspection with the TravelCar app. You will also perform the inspection on return in order to get your vehicle back. Everything else is handled by TravelCar!
