Included features will allow you to:
View class schedules and facility hours of operation
Explore a database of over 3000+ step-by-step exercises and activities
Set fitness goals, track your workouts and store your exercise history
Measure your progress including weight and other body metrics
View 3D exercise demonstrations and easy-to-follow instructions
Follow preset workouts, trainer workouts or create your own
Earn over 150 badges as you reach new benchmarks
Connect with others in the Y community, be social and share your progress
Select workouts online and synchronize them with your app to workout at home or at the Y while keeping track of your progress.
You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health App will automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
