Please note:
* The CSV file must be named 'data.csv'
* The file must be placed in the root documents directory using iTunes.
* The format must be as follows:
id,first-name,last-name,club-name,miscellaneous
* Each entry is separated by a new line.
* No header (e.g. Number, Name ...)
* No apostrophes (e.g. "David").
* An entry's fields can be blank except for id.
* Ids must be unique.
Example data:
