Propmart is a property bidding platform to match buyers with property sellers via real-time bids. The user must obtain a login credential to use the app and to view the property listed in the app. A yearly membership is required for the bidder to register a bid to a property. The bidder has to allocate 500 points which equivalent to one bid for each property he/she is going to bid. Each property has a timeframe for bidders to bid within a duration of time before expiry. The highest bidder whom is the successful bidders gets confirmation from seller via notification. The highest bidder will made final payment to the awarded property via the app.
The bidder can subscribe a yearly membership via the app by using credit card payment gateway. A membership is required to ensure secure verification of identity and to prevent phantom bidders.
The bidder can top up the point via the app by using credit card payment gateway. Points are used to ensure the authentic bid registered on the property.
