There are three difficulty levels available for each workout:

*HARD ENOUGH (lasts approximately 10 minutes)

*QUITE HARD (lasts approximately 16 minutes)

*KICKING HARD ( lasts approximately 22 minutes).

Each workout consists of warm-up round of 4 exercises, working round of 8 exercises and finishes with cool-down round of 4 exercises. If you choose higher difficulty levels that means you will repeat the 8 exercise working round once or twice. But even if you decide to go for a maximum and challenge yourself with the hardest training session, it's just 22 minutes of your life! So no more excuses you have no time for working out!
