You will get real time flow feedback

- via colourful flow feedback, and

- flow power level feedback

Followflow uses a colour-guided methodology, referenced against the philosophy from David Hawkins scale of Consciousness.

Flow detection via your heart sensor

Only supported by smartphones with Bluetooth 4.0 or higher.

Recommended heart rate monitors are Polar H7, or H10.

The app is compatible with any heart rate monitor that accurately measures R-R intervals and has Bluetooth 4.0.

- Wahoo TICKR – Only Bluetooth is HRV accurate

- BlueLeza HRM Blue
