Hello and welcome to use this eyes exercises app in order to strengthen your eyes' muscles and relax your eyes.
This app contained 6 simple eye exercises. You can select any exercise to start. The best way is to finish all exercises one by one, 3 times in a day or whenever you need it.
Each exercise is good to take around 15 to 30 seconds.
Please take note:
Please don't move your head. Just staring at the ball and follow the movements of the ball. After the exercises please take a rest for a short while.
