Initially you start with a square board that has a few Xs and a few Os.
Fill the rest of the board with Xs and Os, subject to these three rules:
- no three consecutive Xs (on any column or any line)
- no three consecutive Os (on any column or any line)
- each line and each column contains as many Xs as Os.
Every puzzle has a unique solution.
