System keep the customers updated throughout the order delivery lifecycle by sending them real time alerts at various stages. Uber like delivery agent tracking on google maps and allow customers to chat with their assigned agents.
With every delivery done, Agents can gets digital signature, closes his delivery task and records delightful fulfilment of the order. Allow agents to track their orders and keep them updated when they receive orders.
System easily manage all orders by consolidating orders, delivery partners, change menus or enable/disable outlet locations.
Monitor Number of Orders, Cancelled orders, Ratings & Reviews and other number to monitor performance. Pull reports, view top spenders and analyse reports that helps to identify opportunities for analysis of the data points.
System take care to track the agent working status so that the assignment of delivery can be taken care by system. System allows multiple ways to manage the allocation of work to agents such as auto allocation, once by one allocation, batch wise allocation, round robin method allocation or nearest available allocation. Agents can be grouped so that the multiple method of allocation can be done. System provides the facility to manage them through the manager with appropriate access control in place.
