SparkLit was funded by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, Grant #2 R44 HD080250. SparkLit offers step-by-step professional development in evidence-based teaching practices that foster children’s lasting success in emergent language & literacy. The SparkLit program includes video demonstrations, downloadable print materials for classroom use, checklists, and a platform for personal coaching. SparkLit video demonstrations were developed in collaboration with Mt. Hood Community College Head Start teachers and administrators. SparkLit is published and distributed by Influents Innovations.
