The application is used to control the angles of tilt and tangage (roll and pitch) using a smartphone while driving a car outside a road.

Starting with version 2.01, it is possible to measure acceleration times for several preset speeds (40, 60, 80, 90, 100, 200 km/h and the maximum speed achieved). To measure the acceleration, use the main application menu.

The important feature is the ability to position the smartphone in free orientation relative to the car. Therefore, you must perform a calibration before using the application.

The calibration process is very simple. First, fix the smartphone in a convenient place.Then it is necessary to place the car on a flat horizontal surface. After that the application will measure the gravity vector, and then you must confidently move in the forward direction before reaching the pedestrian's speed.

Two-stage calibration is a little more complicated, but allows you to calibrate the device on sloping surface. The difference from the calibration in one stage is that the gravity vector must be measured twice, first in the starting position, then after the 180 degree turn at the same place

After calibration, you can observe the grades of tilt and tangage (roll and pitch) on the main screen of the application. Grades are displayed in % (100 * tan (α)) .

If you have changed the location of the smartphone in the car, you need to re-calibrate the application.

In the event that the tilt and tangage angles approach the maximum allowable for your car (see the car's instruction manual), be extremely careful, as it is possible for the vehicle to lose stability and even tip it over. The maximum grades of tilt and tangage can be set in the application settings. In this case, the sound notification will also work when reaching half the critical grade.

Accuracy depends both on the acceleration sensor used in the device, and on the vibration of the car, the accuracy of fixing the smartphone in the selected location and the accuracy of the calibration. Therefore, the user can use the displayed values only for an approximate assessment of the situation.
