In this paid version you can unlock all the routines. Finish one routine to unlock the next.

The workout format follows and HIIT method: you'll watch the exercise to be done for about 12 seconds, then you'll do the exercise for 60 - 90 seconds. Just follow the guide; there's no thinking involved.
