《香港遠足路線》是一個香港行山手機程式，提供離線地圖和過百條的行山路線，還有繪畫路線、分享路線、計算距離及上落高度、評估需時、GPS定位、顯示方向、記錄軌跡、通知你偏離路線等功能。
iOS 版暫時未有路線相片等功能，之後會陸續加上。
