Porter tracking solution helps in increasing the efficiency of the porters by assigning tasks to them efficiently and monitoring their movement.The solution uses wi-fi tags that work within the wi-fi network of the hospital.
A request for porter can be raised by both nurse and the control room. For raising a request, click on the REQUEST menu.
1. All porters will be issued with a RFID tag in the porter control room.
2. When a patient needs to be moved, the nurse in the location will raise a request for porter explaining about the location details, in the application.
3. The manager in the control room will be able to view this request.
4. Request assign automatically who nearest porter available and inform him about the request by sending a message and show current location of porter.
5. The porter will press the Blue button marking the start of the task. The start time will be automatically captured at the backend.
6. Once the task is completed he will press the red button to end the task time.
1.Login nurse.
2.request can raise or view existing porter location.
3.Request :move from location and category and to location and send
4.show raised request.
5.when we click on porter it will show current location of the porter.
