MakingMeetings.Work mobile application collects real time feedback from meeting participants on the quality and impact of meetings. Once the app is downloaded, users select which phone calendar they’d like the app to sync with. Meetings with a designated code in the subject line are then “read” and push notifications are received alerting the user to rate the meeting, upon completion, based on a series of questions selected by the organization. Data is collected, analyzed and reported back to the organization to be used by leadership as a tool to increase organizational/departmental meeting effectiveness.
