Satsang means to lead a principled life based on a Satpurush's words, to have darshan of Bhagwan and His saints, and to be in communion with Bhagwan and His saints.
Satsang adds value to human existence. One who desires to make his/her life progressive and charactered ought to engage in Satsang all the time. Water cleanses the body, Bhakti cleanses the mind and Satsang cleanses Buddhi. Cleansing all three is very essential.
