The monitor-io app is a companion app to the monitor-io service. This app allows you to receive the internet and home network alerts sent by the service. If you have multiple monitor-io devices, you can receive all alerts through a single app.
The two categories of alerts delivered by monitor-io are:
1. Home Network Alerts: These are alerts associated with connections within the home including missing devices (that should be connected), unknown devices (that were never seen before) and devices connecting outside of expected time frames.
2. Internet Alerts: These are alerts relating to the health and reliability of internet connectivity. Alerts include outages, connectivity issues and any degradation of quality from the home network to the internet.
