"freeSongs Jazzy" is an app with free background Jazz lounge music to be used in businesses and shops, with one hour of original music with Jazz Lounge flavor in their working environment, without the obligation to pay any fees, regarding rights, to any and all Rights Collecting Agencies and their representatives, like PRS, PPL, BMI, SACEM, ASCAP, AEPI (EYED), GEA, or any other worldwide.
All music embedded in this app is created, produced, performed, published and copyrighted and released by Dimitrios Bitzenis and his publishing company "freeSongs" solely. "freeSongs" is trademarked and Dimitrios Bitzenis, who is not associated in any way with any of these agencies, societies or other similar ones worldwide, grants a 100% LEGAL signed permission, from within the app, to the buyer of "freeSongs Jazzy App" to reproduce the music embedded freely and publicly in buyer's business shop, without any time limit!
All 20 audio tracks are of a certain length. Each is 3 minutes long, to prevent listening fatigue and to be able to fit more tracks within one hour of music playback.
All music in this app is copyrighted and any public reproduction of all or part of it, by anyone else, but the legal buyer of this app, and in any place other than the buyer's business or shop, is strictly forbidden and is prosecuted by law as it is considered as copyright infringement and rights violation.
