Spectra is a new way to engage with businesses that cater to the LGBTQ+ community in a way that has not been done before. We are a platform to find LGBTQ+ friendly places to go, work and live. Our users rate interactions with companies and we assign a Rainbow Rating to every place.

Have you been discriminated against, misgendered or insulted at a business? Or did you get great service and feel welcomed? Share your experience with the community! Your ratings help others find which businesses they’ll be welcomed at and which businesses to avoid. Our goal is to become a Full-Service platform that users would call “I found my Home!”

PRIVACY
We strive to become a safer community and to be vigilant in preventing unwanted behavior. To make Spectra a safer and welcoming platform, we have added the following features
- Request location of other users and share yours in chat to make sure those people are where they claim they are
(Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.)
- Disable incoming messages for 24 hours to enjoy your time alone
- Create open and private albums and decide who can see them
SPECTRA REWARDS
Earn rewards while using the app and spend them at LGBTQ+ inclusive businesses. You can get points for check-ins, adding photos on the go, reviews, and other things. Look for special deals that Spectra participating businesses post to get the most of your points.

Spectra is open to people of any gender identity and sexual orientation. We are for anybody who is more than straight and their allies. We support people of all races, origin, religions, and races.
