You can use this calculator to estimate your monthly mortgage/loan payments or it can estimate what you can afford from a specified monthly payment or you can use it to estimate the amount you need to save in order to have a specified monthly income.
To estimate mortgage/loan payments simply enter information using the Calculate Periodic Payments tab. To estimate what can be afforded with a specified monthly payment or to figure what you will have to save in order to have a specified monthly income use the Calculate Principle tab. Results are saved in the history tab, to clear the history, from the menu clear history.
