Keep track of your workout without pen and paper. Customize your workouts. You are not required to follow an apps workout plan anymore, you make the best workout for you on that day, whether it be a full body workout or targeting a specific body part. You select the starting weight and the expected number of sets.
When the workout is complete, you can easily go back and see the weights, reps and exercises completed. You will be able to do the same workout again if you felt it was a great workout or modify it to make it even better.
