LiftingWarrior is designed for people that are serious about their workout routines, understand the importance of tracking progress and aim to push them self hard on every session.
Create your own workouts for the days of the week that you hit the gym. I.e Monday - Back & Shoulders, Wednesday - Chest & Arms, Friday - Legs, etc.
The app has 340+ (and growing!) high quality animated exercises that you can chose from when creating a workout, with detailed descriptions or add your own ones in case you can't find what you're looking for.
Recording your exercise sets and tracking progress has never been so easy. Every set displays historical data of the previous two workouts and pre-populates the current set with the previous workout's values. This is done for your convenience and to help you push your self to get a better result then your on your previous workout.
As you scroll through the Weights and Reps control, you will receive an instant feedback for how the selected value ranks against your last recorded set's value.
At any time during your workout (also available from the Workout Details screen) you can tap the exercise name on the top of the page which will bring a comprehensive details screen with exercise animations and general information like muscle groups and equipment used.
By navigating to Workout Info tab from the Exercise Info page you will be able to view the complete history of this exercise for both the current and any other workouts where this exercise has been included.
When you finish recording all your exercises for the workout, the last page is a summary of all the weights and reps you accomplish. There is also an indication next to the value as how it compares to the previous workout, so that you always keep on top of your game!
