Yaantra’s Phone Cash model is a trade-in program designed to source smartphones from C2B channel. Phone Cash primarily offers 2 solutions to the customers/strategic partners:
1. Standalone sale of Phones to Yaantra - Convert the Phone into Cash
2. Offer exchange/upgrade services where OEMs can attract more buyers by allowing them to trade-in old phone and buy new phone
The tool is designed on two platforms – iOS App where customer can diagnose the phone’s working condition and basis tests a price is calculated, OR the customer can choose to go to web portal and answer few simple questions about the phone’s functional and physical condition and get a quote. The tool also offers upgrade module where customer can find attractive exchange and finance offers on purchase of new phone.
Phone Cash accepts all Domestic and International Smartphones brands but excludes feature phones and 3G phones. Also, the tool rejects major damage/tempered condition phones which cannot be repaired & resold in the market.
Yaantra Phone Cash also offers customers to choose a new device in exchange of old device with various benefits such as exchange bonus and EMI offers. Post diagnosis, at the time price is fetched, the customer gets two options to either sell phone standalone or choose from attractive exchange offers.
