The Clevo mobile app provides travelers with a platform to make inquiries by consulting local experts. A Local Expert could be anyone who wants to answer a call and share their knowledge.
Local experts can opt to receive calls at flexible timelines, provide relevant advice to callers, while getting paid for their services at their own but regulated rate. Knowledge sharing has never been more personalized and readily accessible by making just one phone call through the app.
With Clevo, a user downloads the mobile app, searches for an expert in their preferred location with expertise in the topic they have an inquiry on, and then requests a call.
This request will immediately reach hundreds of experts who can accept the call at their requested fee rate. Upon establishing an audio or video call, the two parties can engage in a discussion while exchanging information. Once the call is finished, the caller rates the expert and can choose to contact them again through the app for further assistance if necessary.
The experts receive calls and share their knowledge while earning money. The caller gets the answers they’re looking for from top experts around the globe with just a few screen taps. Through reviews/ ratings from the community of users, an expert’s level of expertise will be determined.
