Delibroom is a meeting room booking solution designed to manage conference rooms. Avoid the mess and frustration during simultaneous booking of meeting rooms by several teams. Start managing your workspace in 3 steps: download the applications, create a company and adjust settings. No additional devices and services are necessary – the applications run on your smartphones and tablets.
The flexibility of Delibroom gives the opportunity to work simultaneously in different offices or multiple companies and switch between them without confusion.
All data transferred to the servers is encrypted. Not necessary to assign additional space or stay bound to infrastructure.
The built-in planner is designed to arrange meetings, book particular rooms and analyze utilization of office premises.
The status of each meeting room is displayed for the entire office on an individual smartphone. The booking of another meeting time, if the particular room is occupied, is performed in several touches. The scheduling can be operated outside the office on the smartphone.
The interface and visual effects help to navigate within the application. The animated scale shows the particular period of a meeting. Tooltip icons show technical means in each room.
Everyone can set the subscription parameters up to their needs: free subscription option for small companies with two meeting rooms and one workspace, or monthly-based payment for the particular number of rooms. No hidden payments for additional services, the price depends on the amount of the rooms only. Each subscription option includes all features of the system. 14-days trial period is included.
Though it is possible to use the system only on a smartphone, it's better to use attached room monitors for the best experience together with smartphones.
