It has two different time. One is Standard Time(ST) at the left side, and the other one is Own Magical Time(OMT) at the right side.
OMT gains 2 hours between 4 to 20 o'clock and loses 2 hours between 20 to 4 o'clock.
For example:
ST difference OMT

04:00 +0000 04:00
Now if you change time from OMT to ST at 22 o'clock, you can go back to 20 o'clock! :-)
