The Healthy U app is the fast and simple way to access, understand and improve your health on the go. Healthy U makes it easier to get healthy, get rewarded and stay motivated.

• Link your device (e.g. Fitbit, Garmin, or Polar) and free app (Apple Health) to earn points when you exercise.
• Track your points, status and progress towards your health goals.
• Access a broad range of health and wellbeing services from Nuffield Health with discounts on gym membership, physiotherapy, health assessments and more.
• Get discounts to help you get healthier including Nuffield Health gyms, Weight Watchers, Garmin and Polar and Allen Carr’s Easyway to Stop Smoking.
• Achieve a weekly activity target for the chance to win a reward from Starbucks, Cineword or Vue (if this benefit is included in your membership).
