Monument Lumber is a local family-owned lumberyard located in Freedom, Santa Cruz County, California. Established in 1952 by Maybern (Red) and Adelaide Shugart it is now under the direction of second-generation owners Mark and Calvin Shugart. Monument Lumber maintains a high customer service standard and specializes in delivering high quality lumber, hardware and building materials to our contractors and customers. As part of our service we have now added this app for use on your iPhone.
The layout of the app and its content is designed to help contractors, their employees and do-it-yourselfers save time and avoid frustration by finding needed answers quickly on their iPhone out on the job.
It's a digital toolbox featuring links to the current building codes and regulations, local planning and building departments, installation manuals and videos of the materials we supply, and more. You could find all of these by searching for them individually in your mobile phone browser. But navigating the web via the built-in mobile browser can be time consuming. It's all so much easier using this app. Everything you need is here in one place.
Furthermore, the app's content and functionality will be improved and developed by user suggestions sent to us via the built-in feedback form. Give us your feedback and we will do our best to implement it.
Monument Lumber values customer feedback and will use the app to send out short survey requests on a regular basis. As a thank-you everyone who completes a survey is automatically entered into a prize drawing for that survey. The actual prize will be disclosed within the survey form. The winner(s) will be selected using a third-party prize drawing service that guarantees a proper and independent drawing. The winner(s) will be announced publicly via app push notification and also published within the app.
