Ziprop is like no other in the market. This app will make your real estate business so organized and easy to manage (especially if you manage your own properties).
How many times you apply for a loan and your lender asks you bunch of questions or ask you to send multiple documents about your properties that you have to dig for them for hours. How many times you need to contact someone who previously worked or helped you on your property and you can’t remember them and have no idea how you can reach them again. And how many times you don’t remember how much you charge on your late fees, or how much deposit you keep for that unit, or what’s my policy number for that insurance, ect…
Well you don’t have to do the digging anymore. This app will keep all what goes on your properties in one easy place.
This app is ideal for real estate investors who are involved in managing their properties and constantly looking for loans to grow their portfolio. The app is also great for property managers and real estate agents.
Ziprop is not a property management software. This app does not keep or track who has paid rent and who has not. This app does not keep a history of your rental income and expenses. At least not for now (maybe in the future).
Ziprop is amazing at organizing your business and gives you more time to spend managing your business instead of your business managing you.
