This application eliminates the paper forms and instead gives you access to electronics forms. You can generate exact pdf similar to your government (medicaid) forms and print them, email them and/or save them. Also all your data will be in electronic format, which will help you to keep the data in organised forms.
Use demo/demo credentials for your demo purpose only. All the data will be stored on our secure server. If you like then you can sign up in either 1 month or 6months or 1 year subscription program. Once you sign up, we will setup your database and profile within a 24 working hours and give you confirmation email to start with.
We will host all the database in our server. And we know the data security is very important aspect and we value that and protect that. In case you have need of hosting database on your server specifically and using these apps directly using data from your server then also we can do that.
