The First Trust Bank Mobile Banking App allows you to access a range of convenient features on your Android phone.
These features include:
• Quick balance – view your balance without the need to log in
• Check your account balances and available funds
• View recent and pending transactions
• Cancel or replace your lost, stolen or damaged debit or credit card instantly
• Transfer money between your First Trust Bank accounts *
• Transfer money to any UK Bank or Building Society Accounts *
• Pay bills *
• View, amend and cancel your Standing orders
• View and cancel your Direct Debits
• Log in securely using Android Fingerprint
• One time log in
• View and export up to 7 years of statements
• Share your account details quickly and easily
* You can transfer funds and pay bills to existing accounts and companies already set up on your Online Banking.
The app needs the following permissions to work on your phone:
• Identity/Contacts – to retrieve the device name to help distinguish phones when unregistering the App on First Trust Bank Online Banking
• Phone - so you can call our help or product numbers directly from the app
• Device ID & call information - to read phone status and identity
If you’re already registered for Online Banking, you can start using First Trust Bank Mobile Banking straight away. Just download the App, log on using your Online login details and start banking.
