Sujjester is an intelligent communication hub for employees to engage with corporate executives and vice-versa. It utilizes AI-techniques so that executives can learn employee concerns before they become serious issues. Employees and their families also benefit by directly engaging with management, HR executives and peers.
Sujjesters send sujjestions to Sujjestees. Sujjestees such as receive sujjestions, apply data analysis techniques to understand deeper, perhaps hidden, social trends and take proactive steps. Sujjesters such as employees and their family members, social research community can give constructive feedback to sujjestees and also inject new topics of conversation that need to acted upon.
Stress, anxiety, anxiousness due to unspoken, bottled-up ruminations can manifest into deeper social and emotional issues. They can be corrosive with potentially disastrous consequences. Sujjester provides a simple, efficient and effective solution for both sujjesters and sujjestees to communicate hidden issues, anonymously if they choose to do so, and resolve the issues before they mushroom into larger problems.
The word "sujjestion" is combination of 'suggestion' and 'injection'. Some injected topics could well be "what if" scenarios that provide a preview into the future.
