ZoneBreaker displays configurable full-screen notifications with optional confirm button, to make sure you don't miss meetings, based on your Calendar events. You can configure a set of rules for which events to use (e.g. work meetings) as well as how much time before the meeting you want the notification so you have time to walk to the meeting room or grab your headset.
