Any child (ages 5, 6, or 7) will benefit greatly from this easy to use program. It is especially beneficial for children who have: speech/language problems, dyslexia, autism, and communitive disorders.
This game is to be used along with the I Can Fly workbooks (A & B), which are Orton-Gillingham based for those who have learning difficulties. The workbook provides the lesson with worksheets for reading and writing practice, and the games provide the necessary reinforcement that is often needed.
There are no advertisements in the app, however, you will only be allowed to play for 10 minutes before you will be asked to enter in a code (a random word chosen) from the book(s). The free sample time is given so you can check out the app to see if this program is right for your child.
The game includes 8 different fun, phonics based activities for every lesson in the workbooks. The student will earn coins that they can use in the stores to make purchases. They can build a train layout with a working train, as well as a farm with animals that can be fed. Metrics will be gathered so you can view your student's progress. There are 6 available student slots.
