This app enables you to count your hot flushes. You can calculate your daily number of hot flushes and the number of hot flushes associated with different triggers. This knowledge may direct you to make certain changes in your lifestyle to try and reduce your hot flushes.
Step 1: First time users must register with a unique username and password.
Step 2: Login with username and password.
Step 3: When you are having or have just had a hot flush, select a trigger in the drop down menu and then press the COUNT hot flush button to register the hot flush.
Step 4: To see a list of your hot flushes, press the LIST OF YOUR HOT FLUSHES button.
Step 5: To analyze your Hot Flushes, press the ANALYZE button.
Step 6: In the Results screen, you can choose a date and find out how many hot flushes you had on that day by pressing the COUNT button.
Step 7: In the Results screen, you can choose and press any of the trigger note buttons to display how many hot flushes you have had associates with that trigger.
