EDUSAMS PTY LTD was birth after an Entrepreneur of an IT company together with his son found that Education suffers in South Africa because of a lack of communication between all role players in schools.

The founders manage an IT company with HQ in Durban, South Africa, that employs more than 100+ Dedicated Employees as their Designers and App developers globally.

Main technical features active in this App (launch version):

1) Attendance

• Students Attendance

* Teachers allocated by the School principals (as per the Data allocated by principals

on web App in Step 2) will be able to see the list of students on the app and teachers

will be able to mark attendance.

After marking the attendance, teachers can submit the final attendance to the platform in order to send notifications to all parents of the learners about this attendance status.

Parents are able to check attendance Notifications in the bottom (Notifications option) as well as at various places in the App such as “Attendance” feature as well as Status of their Kids on the Dashboard too.

• Teachers attendance

All principals are able to see all the teachers in their schools (As per the teacher’s data uploaded by them on the web App in Step 3) and are able to daily mark the teacher’s attendance which is then reflected on the teacher’s side of the App as their attendance status

2) Noticeboard

• Teachers can send notices to parents

• Principals can send notices to both parents and teachers

• All notices are sent as push notifications and are reflected to the parents or teachers in their side of the App.

3) Events

• Parents can be instantly notified of all school event(s) EDUSAMS

• Principals can communicate directly with parents

• Teachers can communicate directly with parents

• All events are notified to the parents via notifications clearly visible on their side of the App
