Surgeons record is Standalone system, not dependent on hospital electronic medical records.. Just click a pic and add to the record of the patient.
In Surgeons record Multiple photos can be entered such as pre op, post op, intra op, follow up etc... And can be searched by the tags that you choose to give them. No limit on the number of photos.
In Surgeons record Multiple procedures can be entered for the same patient if needed.
In Surgeons recordOne user ID can be used by multiple people on different phones so that all records are available under one id for easy searching.
In Surgeons record Multiple search options such pt name month or year of surgery, HPE, diagnosis, ID no, hospital name etc etc.
All search results can be exported to excel from where extracting data is easy for publishing papers and case reports.
You can choose to share any or all of the pics that you have uploaded.
The four main data categories for every patient
Basic info page which will have info such as name age ID number etc
Operative details page for operative details.
Photos page for all patient related photos in one place. Different categories such as pre op, post op, pre treatment, post treatment. Intra op, patient photos, follow up, case file etc etc... Uoad as many as you wish with tags if you want.
Final reports page with final HPE, Follow up photos etc.
