The challenge modules part 1 and part 2 consists of 1 hour each an app based workshop to be completed within 24 hours to get a in mental development.

Level 1 and Level 2 version coinsists of 14 hours module one hour each day will increase the mental ability, creativitiy, intiution, easier understanding to complex problems, abiltiy to use both left and right hemisphers of Brain.

How does iBrainpowers App based Workshop Works?
iBrainPowers App based workshop has Level 1 and Level 2, consists of 7 days/modules each, so total 14 days/modules, plus Challenge Module Part 1 and Part 2.
So Total 16 Modules/days. The beauty of iBrainpowers app based workshop is your child can complete at his own Pace. Your child can complete within 15 days or more.
Each module compromises of 10-15 minutes of physical exercise and remaining 50 – 55 minutes lying down on bed and listening to Visualisation and Sound waves, or Sound frequency with headphone or earphone, which roughly takes around 1 hour. Parent’s or elders help is required for 5-10 minutes to complete PRACTISE SESSION.

3. Neuro fitness,
4. Advanced Neuro fitness,
5. Visualisations,
6. Sound waves and frequency and many other steps as they progress.
