The service operates in specific service zones, and customers can be picked up and delivered anywhere within that zone. These may be shared rides and are 100% wheelchair accessible. There’s no set route for the service, because the trips are based on where you start and where you want to end up. We may pick up some of your neighbors along the way or drop them off while taking you to your destination.
To get started, download the app, register your account and you’ll be ready to go. Then, book a ride and we'll try to be there in about 15 minutes. Each trip costs $1.25 per trip - the same as a ride on MetroBus or MetroRapid.
You can make your reservation when you're ready to travel. Pickup will serve both residential and retail locations, making sure we pick you up and drop you off in safe, pedestrian friendly areas.
